We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Order Processing & Tracking
- Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, handling time may reach the maximum of 2 business days.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email notification containing your Tracking Number.
- Carrier: We use a variety of reputable carriers, including but not limited to USPS. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
How to Track Your Order: You can easily check the status of your delivery by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us immediately.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Camping Gears is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
