RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Camping Gears, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility (30-Day Policy)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
  • Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge a restocking fee. (USD 0.00)

2. Free Returns and Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE returns.

  • Return Shipping Cost: USD 0.00 (We cover the cost of return shipping for all returns, including customer remorse.)
  • Return Label: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label (Download and print) after your return request is approved.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected].
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Approval & Label: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions and the prepaid shipping label via email.
  4. Ship It: Carefully package the item in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label to send it back to the address below.

4. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Posting Time: Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

5. Damages and Issues (Defective Products)

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a full refund or exchange at NO COST to you.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
